Returns and refunds

If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the policy carefully before making a return request.



Return Eligibility


We accept returns under the following conditions:




  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.



  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.



  • All original packaging must be included.



Items That Cannot Be Returned


For hygiene and custom production reasons, we cannot accept returns on:




  • Personalized or custom-made items



  • Digital products



  • Sale or clearance items



  • Earrings or intimate accessories (if applicable to your shop)



  • Items that show signs of wear or damage



If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning.



How to Request a Return


Please contact us first at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include:




  1. Your order number



  2. The item(s) you want to return



  3. A brief explanation of the issue



  4. Photos (if applicable)



We will respond with return instructions.


Please do not send items back without contacting us first.



Return Shipping Costs




  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.



  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.



  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover return or replacement costs.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Refunds are issued for the item cost only.

Shipping charges are not refunded.



Exchanges


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.



Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:




  • Your order number



  • Photos of the issue



  • A brief description



We will quickly replace or refund the item.



Lost or Unclaimed Packages


We do not refund for packages that are:




  • Marked as “delivered” by the carrier



  • Unclaimed at the post office



  • Returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer



If the package returns to us, the buyer must pay for re-shipping.
